I think the background might be hc only as it has little hc symbols in it, or it might just be the pattern.

I found out why there is a Witch hat and broom! - Kids in Sweden dress up as the Easter Witches and go from house to house wishing people happy Easter. They get sweets in return for a drawing or song. Legend has it that the witches fly to Blue mountain the same night to meet the devil. lol so Easter in Sweden is like Halloween elsewhere.

Sweden have lots of odd traditions. On Christmas Eve, they have a meal of up to 25 courses.
