Im on runehq doing guide for ghosty

Veldez at Glarial's Tomb (Ghostly top)
Rennard just east of the General Store in the Bandit Camp in the Wilderness(Ghostly gloves)
Kharrim at the Graveyard of Shadows (Ghostly boots)
Lennissa at the ships in Port Sarim (Ghostly bottom)
Dhalak at the second floor of the Monastery by the altar (Ghostly hood)
Viggora at the Slayer Castle north of Canifis, on the second floor just before the Infernal Mages (Ghostly cloak)The one i have underlined is the one i cant find :)

and yes -.- this is my path otherwise i wouldnt have first 3 done?

Ok for one dont use Runehq for DT quest guide its the worst website for quest guides http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest <<< go there for quest guides alot more helpful.

I know but on tip.it guides they have where to get ghostly robes.. They sow the pictures for exactly where to get them. And you need to be nicer to people :@
