Its not my style im affraid. Theres alot of pixel errors in it and the colour in my opinion is awful. Did you save in bmp then open it again and save in png? Thats what it looks like and its ruined it. Sorry im not a big fan 3/10

Like i said before. I think you have saved in "Bmp" format then reopend it and saved as png. This has caused the "Blured" effect all over it.

there's a drop down under the name thing and you find .png on there.
also, don't resize it.
