Good episode omg Who else heard The Master is back this series ? :D
I half enjoyed it half didn't. It's odd. A major piece is missing. In the form of Billie.
The whole episode was far too predictable. A bit weird at the start but never mind I understood at the end.
It was good, witty in most ways. But I cannot attached myself the way I used to. Probably need to adjust to life without the character Rose. :) But Martha seems good enough. Bit forward I don't know if the Doctor will accept that lol.
I heard they're going to have a physical relationship. That's just going to spoil things for all the kiddies with fragile eyes.

Mhhmm, imo - I think that Martha may be better maybee.
And I reckon there's a bit of Rose in here somehow.
I was talking to my mum earlier asking her how she felt if there was a new Doctor or assistant? and she said she felt the same, as in, she felt protective over the newbie.
I was the same when Christopher Eccleston left and David Tennant came in. I thought David would be crap but now I love him! lol. The same goes for Billie Piper leaving. I just hope Freema can live up to critics expectations.

I think she will, cus afterwards I watched Doctor Who Confidential and some celebrities and critics ect. got to watch the first episode of the series and they were commenting on how good she was and stuff like they thought she wouldn't be but she really surprised them ect.

It is tradition now sorry, an old famous person in history always has to be in an episode of the series :)
Series 1 - Charles Dickingson in 'The Unique Death'
Series 2 - Queen Victoria in 'Tooth & Claw'
Series 3 - William Shakespear in 'The Shakespear Code'
:) looks quite good imo and they always have a theme
Series 1 - ghosts
Series 2 - werewolfs
Series 3 - witches

I found descriptions for all the doctor who episodes this series:
3.01 Smith and Jones
When John Smith is found lying in a hospital bed, with a strange twinkle in his eyes, medical student Martha Jones finds her life turned upside-down. In no time at all, a lightning storm sends the Royal Hope Hospital to the moon and Martha must cope with the fierce Judoon, a blood-sucking Plasmavore and a strange blue box. And soon she realises John Smith isn't really who he says he is...
3.02 The Shakespeare Code
The Doctor and Martha travel to Elizabethan England, where the famous playwright William Shakespeare is being controlled by three witches called Carrionites. The Doctor and Martha must stop the evil beings, and Shakespeare must give the performance of his life in order to save history.
3.03 Gridlock
The Doctor returns to a now much grittier New Earth with Martha, eventually to meet the Face of Boe one final time. While there they encounter a spaceship pilot named Thomas Kincade Brannigan — a cat being of a similar appearance to the Sisters of Plenitude — and his wife, Valerie and find the streets being ruled by sinister Pharmacists.
3.04 Daleks in Manhattan
The Doctor and Martha arrive in 1930s New York, only to find trouble brewing in the Big Apple. They find themselves thrown into an adventure involving Pig Men, sewers, showgirls and the Empire State Building. But the biggest shock is yet to come, as the Cult of Skaro make an unwelcome return--and this time, the cyborgs are attempting to create a Dalek/Human hybrid in the sewers...
3.05 Evolution of the Daleks
Concluding part to Daleks in Manhattan. In 1930s New York, the Daleks' plan is in full force. Faced with the cyborgs' most evil and dangerous scheme yet, will the Doctor and Martha be able to defeat their greatest opponents?
3.06 The Lazarus Experiment
Dr Lazarus, a 76-year-old scientist, develops a device that de-ages his entire body. However, trouble arrives in the form of Lady Thaw, who tries to steal the de-aging device and obtain immortality for herself. But it is soon clear that the kindly Doctor is more than meets the eye. Meanwhile, unknown to the Doctor, the wheels of a trap have been set in motion...
3.07 42
The TARDIS crew find themselves on a spaceship in the 42nd century slowly being pulled into a sun, with saboteurs at work and crew members being possessed and must find a way to survive. It includes the catchphrase "Burn with me!"
3.08 + 3.09 Human Nature / The Family of Blood
"A very different sort of story -though still with monsters and scares galore! But when you've got David Tennant as your lead actor (call me biased, but The Best Actor in the Land, frankly), then you want to write stories that push the Doctor into completely new territory. And these two episodes take the Time Lord to places he's never been before, all in the haunting setting of a boys' public school in 1913; the winter before the War, with a chill in the air, and mysterious lights in the sky. If ever you thought scarecrows were scary, you ain't seen nothing yet."
3.10 Blink
"The King of Terror, that's Mr Moffat. He was the genius behind that gas-mask child with his sinister lament of 'Are you my mummy?' and thetick-tock clockwork droids who stalked Madame de Pompadour. But this one!
"To be honest, Doctor Who rarely scares me, because I've seen all the behind-the-scenes prosthetics and computer trickery, and I've lived with the scripts for months. But when I watch this episode - I'm not kidding -I'm scared to death! Go on, I dare you. Close the curtains. Turn the lights off. Huddle round the TV. Clutch your loved ones. And shiver."
3.11 Utopia
"Jack's back! As John Barrowman's Captain Jack Harkness comes storming back on board the Tardis - with an arrival like no companion has ever had before - it's time for the Tardis's wildest ride yet! It hurtles out of control, taking the crew to the distant planet Malcassairo, where a lonely and patient professor is giving his all to save his people from extinction."
3.12 + 3.13 The Sound of Drums / The Last of the Time Lords
"The season finale! And the trap closes, as the Doctor, Martha and Captain Jack find themselves in a desperate fight for survival.
"Who are the Toclafane? What is the power of Archangel? And what terrible secrets are stored at the heart of the Valiant? It's an epic and heartbreaking story, as the Doctor faces his greatest enemy yet. Now, I wonder who that could be.. ?"

Is it just me or do they like to start The modern series in hospitals, lol.
And apparently we find out about the doctors relationship with his new assistant in episode 9, (heard him say it on an interview)
