If you keep Throne, It stays about same price, however if you buy RBB/Dino They may increase but then again they may go down and you lose furni.

But if its with casino Depends on theme of Casino etc.

I think you should buy lots of winter rares so then when winter comes and they all increase in price by loads sell them and make lots of prof :)
