Creating Radio Jingles

Right i am getting a radio on my site soon, So could any help me with what programs i need, Basically where to start +rep for help

Adobe Audition 2.0 for editing and producing.

You will need some good bedding and fx, but they actually cost A LOT so radiodaddy.com is your best site for free fx.
