After having my braces for 1 year and abit and having them took of last week i now have to have a retainer to push my teeth back Gutted
And guess what for 1 year aswel!!
I can't take it out onlt when i brush my teeh :(

I'll have good teeh after though i guess :D

when you have had braces they make a thing that you put in the roof of your mouth it's to keep your teeth straight after you have had the braces so then they don't go out of place again

It also resets your bite after you have had your brace.
