Yes, you can meet him. Id reccomend not though unless its the likes of ratchet, You cant talk to him , trade or socialise. You speak different languages so you cant speak to each other also.

Aslong as you are both on the same realm and same faction (Horde, Alliance) you can add to friends list, /w each other, invite eachother into groups etc etc etc
