Can someone help me!

On my other computer I dont recieve packages on my connection which makes my internet not work - Please can someone help :( I had this problem with the computer im using at the moment and resolved it by command promt but I forgot how to :(

You need to ring up the company which supplies your packages or switch!

BT is probably the best network!!!

I dont think its anything to do with my network provider as I am using my mum's computer which is fine. Its just mine which is the problem :(
