If you are VIP you can buy rep with real life money :)

You gain more rep power as you gain more posts and you are repped more etc.. But it can also be added manually via tha admin control pannel by editing the user.

180 rep means reputation points, not power.

You go up a reputation power every:-

Year you've been registered
2,500 posts
