How do you get into the petal area?

i think the little bit with the 1hc in looks a little bare i'd prefer the same as the lower area or make it look richer

How do you get into the petal area?


Well to get to the top area i have a VIP Room which links to it, but the lower area i just turn the Lodge bar.
