wash . Acne Isnt caused by un-cleanliness, It can be caused by eating too much junk food, lacks in certain vitamins and there are some unlucky people who just get it :l. Try so face creams like clearasil ect. You could see you doctor about it too they might prescribe some cream.

Sudocream is a gift from the gods. Put it on generously overnight and try to sleep on your back so that it doesnt rub off. Two nights of sleeping with it on an your face will clear dramatically. I swear. My friends sister had Acne and i told her to do it. When it worked she brought me a new cellphone! lmao

use clearasil.

i used to have loadss of spots, then i used it, and within 4 or 5 days the spots had dramatically reduced, and then in about one and a half weeks they had gone completely.

Wrong, acne is caused by the glands dear, when you experience hormonal changes it causes them to go in overdrive and produce excess oil, junk food has been proven that it isn't a cause of acne.

& pop to the docs, I did, had to go for over a year until he gave me something which worked which was tablets, he was hesitant if he should give me them though as their is a small risk of skin cancer, but most of the treatments are risk free, you usually get started off on a topical solution, then a benzyl peroxide cream and then usually anti-biotics.

Chocolate Zits pg 175 Great Myth conceptions by Dr. Karl kruszelnicki

"The acne story begins in the abonormal sebaceous glands, which happen to be much more active than the normal sebaceous glands. A sebaceous gland opens into a hair folicle which in turn opens onto the skin. Sebaceous glands, which cover most of the body are most abundant on the face and chest, but totally absent on the soles of the feet and palms of the hands. These glands produce and oily secretion called sebum - hence the name subaceous gland. It's notmal for the body to produce sbum - a complex mixture of fat, such as triglcerides, cholesterol and waxes. In acne the sebaceous gland is overactive. A mix of Sebum, kertin and pieces of dead cells plugs up the mouth of the gland which then balloons up and swells.

A possibility for the supposed link between chocolate and acne is that both chocolate and sebum are rich in fats.

Test have shown that eating chocolate and non-chocolate chocolate did not cause any increase in acne.

In plain English, studies completed so far show that chocolate does not cause acne.

Squeezing a pimple?
No, never. If you squeeze a pimple you will physically damage the hair folicle. You will also set off cellular reactinos which lead to an increase release of Leukotrienes and enzymes which lead to inflammation and scarring.
If you can't stand the look of the swollen head of a pimple full of pus, or if it is painful because it is so full of pus, there is something you can do. First, sterilise a needle or a sharp pin with methylated spirits or a flame. Second (And get someone else with a very steady hand to do this), pierce the head of the pimpe but only piece the surface (To no deeper than a millimetre). Then, wipe away the pus with a clean cloth or paper tissue (Doesn't have to be sterile). "

So Liam, your wrong :P

I hope it helped or i just typed that all out for nothing.

You can go to the doctor's and get medication to get rid of them :)
Or you can use a daily toner and moisturiser

as mentioned above a few times, you can get some special creams subscribed. there's the little things that also help such as having a good diet and taking in plenty of water as well. i'd avoid using clearasil, it's apparently bad for your skin, and as acne is more extreme than the odd pimple, it'll only irritate your skin more.

Doesnt it depend on wht reacts with you better.

If your using something which doesnt work but does for someone else you have to keep changing to something which helps yourself out.

I suggest some Proactive. It really works. I've seen the commercials && some of the worst cases have been healed. My friend uses it && her skin used to be pretty bad but in no time it cleared up. But I suggest after you use it, make sure you try && not put dirty things on your face, letting people touch your face including yourself. Unless, you have washed your hands or the person has. It works.

It's your hormonal balance thing moving / shifting around because of puberty. The glands are being filled up with oil or something like that which causes the pimple to rise. The pus is the sign of infection,.

My pimples are just red dot's now, use to be white ***** heads which are gross but they have gone now, just replaced with more red ones.

Best to do is go to a Herbalist (like I have done) and get her to subscribe you some herbs. Moisterlisers dont help that much, they just make the skin look clearer and healther.

i would suggest some sort of topical medicine such as a vitamine A cream, and any moisturizer from the shop.

vitamine A clears up the pours in your face allowing the acne bacteria to go away

yes, because a cream specifically designed to clean your pores and reduce bacteria is really going to be bad for your skin.
