Because I cannot edit the Radio Dj Panel V3.

I want to edit it so the public timetable works WITH my site. But unfortunatly that isnt the case. When I try to edit it I am met with a load of random numbers and letters.

Well to be honest il say what I have said before:


the main purpose of the internet is to SHARE whether thats information or images. if you dont want it sharing dont put on the net. if people see / hear / smell / taste something good they want it!

=D. People who zend or encode something are only restricting who uses it: e.g. The people who arent fluent in PHP.

Its there choice to encode, and your choice to use, if you dont want to use somthing that has part of it encoded, use somthing else. If theres nothing else avaible, ether delete the script or stop complaining

Good point. Its just wouldn't you like to tweak something to make it fit in your site better? And if you can't do that because its encoded I would get frustrated.

Also I happen to LOVE Radio Panel V3 so im not deleting it lol.

I personally am not in favour of encoding my PHP code, but I can understand that some people want to do it to make sure their copyright notices etc. stay and to stop people from ripping parts of it easily.

It could be quite amusing to create a Web 2.0 radio panel actually - an API, full AJAX forms and navigation, Script.aculo.us effects :)

Ya.... well it's easier with a website layout! You can tell right off the bat, but some sites make custom login pages so it takes some digging to figure out if they use my panel or not and etc... it just saves me the trouble of having to contact the hosts and have the accounts shut down or suspended.

And fyi for anyone who wants to try it - I just got a habbo fansite suspended for trying to remove my copyright.
