about 2 years ago my dad (age 51) died of a heart atack

He drank a 40 of vodka at least 3 times a week and smoked like crazy

Ths will show you what exsessive alcohol poisoning will do to you

Today is the aniversary of his death, and i miss him very much

He left me $50,000 dollars in Rrsp's Etc: he worked for the navy for 35 years..

What should i do with this money!

You dont have to be serious, its ok to have fun i just wanna hear what all of you think you would spend 50,000$ on :)

I would invest it into the bank and gain intrest on it e.g u put 50,000 in everyday you gain $5 intrest!!! It adds up over the year if you think about it. So u gain more money to spend on the things you like :)

Put it in to a bank, then use it when you actaly need it rather than waisting it on somthing you dont need. plus in an account with good interesting, you would make a reasonble from the interest on top.

I saw this SONY VAIO in a mag I was reading on the weekend, and the first thing I would buy would be that (btw for the ppls who don't know what a VAIO is, it's a labtop) and then I would buy all the tycoons and all the games I wanted and download them to my labtop. And of course habbo credits and a VIP pass on habbox. :D:D:D:D:D:D

yes but money burns holes in your pocket. Some people have just got to spend every penny they get. (That's basically me :D) and some people don't like to spend money (I don't know why. They are super crazzy :P no offence habbos (metaphor))

Nah man dont invest it. I like the hummer idea... Maybe with a personalised number plate with your dads name. Or maybe buy a elephant and paint it pink and call it bob... Hmm Then u wont need a car u can ride on bobs back. and sleep on his trunk and wash when he squirts water! Well... thats wat i wud do.

I dunno..
Do something for your dad..
Or save it..

I'd save some, and make a memorial for the person who died if it was me.

Sorry 4 ur loss anyway mate <3 My mates dad died when she was 13 and it was hard for me to see her in so much pain so i couldnt even imagine how hard it would be for her or u. Ive had people fairly close to me die. A grandfather, an uncle, a friend. My mother drinks alot and i havent seen her in about a year. I dont no if shes dead or alive but thats a completely different situation.

You can do tons with that money.
For example:
- Use it to buy a car.
- Use it to buy furniture when you move out (if you haven't moved out already)
- Put it on the bank and get intrest.
- Go on a big vacation.
- Travell around the world.
