recently for the past month i've only been getting about 2 hrs sleep a night, yet I seem fine, i'm never ever tired and don't seem to need sleep.
is this normal?

I do take a lot of caffeine, but I doubt it'd be enough to make me stay up so long w/out being tired.

(i dont want to go to the doctors)

Maybe your over-tired? And, your just so tired, that you don't realise it and the caffieine just gives you the energy you need. I would take your parents or something, and see what they think.

even thought you can't feel it! It is a bad thing for you as wierd as it sounds. It will affect you in different ways many you might not even notice, such as your consentration, your mood, attituide towards things. Just maybe cut out some of the caffine and try it see how you feel!

I used to have sleep issues for about a year I couldn't sleep right and normally got around 3 - 5 hours sleep a night but its stopped after a while.

It can be the time difference because of when your used to waking up in the UK && when your waking up now. But, I say that you go to the doctor's. Sometimes, this really annoys me, I've said this so many times. GO TO THE DOCTORS BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW IT CAN END UP BEING SOMETHING THAT YOU DON'T WANT && IT ENDS UP BECOMING FATAL. EVEN IF IT DOESN'T CHECK STILL. JUST TO BE SURE. Anyways, that's all I have to say. && it is possible it can be the caffeine. && also, why are you going to bed so early in the morning? You should be in bed @ about 11pm && have 9 hours of sleep to be able to wake up for the next morning.

Do exercise instead of making 7000 posts on here and you will soon become tired lol, as when i sit at the computer for to long in a day i end up finding it hard to sleep in the night than if i am out with mates doing stuff then i sleep like a baby.

that is ridiculous. elaborate on why you stay up until 6am?

also visit: http://studenthealth.oregonstate.edu/topics/sleep.php

i'll take a guess you're in education, and if so i can bet having 3 hours sleep is affecting your performance in class significantly. lay off the caffeine before bed, and as posted above somewhere do some exercise away from the computer to tire you out.
