Been a while since i've done this ;)
After a much needed break from theme room designing to focus on other things *cough* moderation *cough* i decided to finish off this room which used to be 16 random pillars in an empty room until 2 weeks ago.
Theres no real story behind this one other than the fact that i saw Brandons ATW entry back when that competition was on and thought it would look great in a v9 room, unfortunately the idea has only just returned to me in the last 2 weeks xD

Also, the original idea behind the room was to make the arc in the middle of the room and do the roundabout surrounding it rather than one of the roads leading up to it. Unfortunately stacking restrictions forced it to the back of the room :(

Interesting idea but i've been dying to use coloured skyline posters properly in a theme room and i spent way too much time getting all those posters to go changing them now :P

I've already used B+W skylines in my UrbanSuburbia room, i was aiming for the coloured skylines this time round, but thanks for suggesting an improvement rather than just rating it ;)

Unfortunately the stacking would just make this impossible, its a great idea though and if i ever decide to redesign some parts of the room the arc will be the first to receive some sort of make over

I spent ages thinking about how i could make a genuine arch in the middle of the structure and still allow it to fit in with the roads either side but it just wasnt meant to be :(

I was quite disappointed with the way the arc turned out really. Originally it was going to be the focal point of the room and be grand and intimidating but it just didnt work out that way :(

You used to be able to submit your ROTW nominations somewhere but i think they took that down for some reason :S

If thats the case then i dont stand a chance at ROTW for any of my rooms, they rarely reach over 5 people in them without my interventon :P
