I am a complete Noobie when it comes to web design, coding and graphics... YES! I admit it but everyone has to start somewhere.

Anyways lets get to the point;;

I Currently Have Dreamweaver, Paint Shop Pro 8 Installed.
I have very little knowledge about this.
Q1: Should I install Photoshop instead of PSP?
Q2: I need some tutorials for webside design with PS/PSP and Drewamweaver
Q3: Regarding hosting and domains, anyone willing to sell me them compatible with D.Weaver and offer help/tutorials on how to upload etc?

2). Google it to find tutorials that say things to suit your needs
3). Reasearch it. Everyone is saying their own host becuase they are desperate to get people on their reseller. Find a proper host, they are the cheapest and won't shut down tomorrow.
