I take it you want it to open in the main box.

The main box should have a tag like this:
<iframe></iframe>

You have to give the iframe a name like Main. Then when you make a link such as home, you make its target Main. Capital letters matter!

Read this. will give you the exact tags to use :D

I'm trying to imply the fact that you missed out src etc. Also the fact that iFrames shouldn't be your friend.

You sir, are a failure to the internets, use ajax insteaf of iframes, it's a washing power, but boy does it work!

Find some tutorials on w3schools

I advise you to learn HTML before posting stupid <iframe></iframe> nonsence, get off the internets and into therapy please sir!

I know how to code, are you thick?

This guy knows nothing about HTML really. You cant say to him use Ajax you idiot. I said you should have some tags like <iframe></iframe> I didnt say thats what it should be. Thats why I gave him the webpage to learn what to stick there.
