Well I know for my website, I made them in PSP from scratch, then uploaded them. There's no code or anything.. I don't think :s

Well, you'll need a GOOD paint program, like Paint Shop Pro, or Photoshop. MS Paint won't do it :p
I use PSP, and the way I go about it, is I select the preset shapes tool, choose the rounded rectangle under the options, and click and drag to create box size I want. Next, I fill it with the colour of my choice, outline 1x1 pixels in black, and add a lighter and darker shade (to the main colour) around the edges to give it some body :)

You would upload it to your host (however that is.. FTP perhaps?) the same as any other image, then incoorporate it into your page html.

I can't make you one sorry. And if someone else offers, they'll need to know the specific dimensions/colours etc.
