Ive had GLPayment for just under 6 months tbh,Its terreble support,Im wanting to intergrate tho....

rather easy

make a contact form you like maybe in frontpage, change the name 'n that to the ones needed, it tells you if you click "intergrate" and bottom of that sms

such as you've got

var1
var2
ect.

Then when people click 'send' you get the report as normal but with extras like

Var1: SMS Blue ect.

you can download a hack for it or atleast there used to be one not used subsctiptions in ages :)
