Rename the Graphics Forums

This is really necessary as the titles have been incorrect for years and I've seen that it has bugged a few people and caused mix ups by moderators and users.

It should be, in my opinion:
- Elite Alterations Gallery
- Habbo furni Alterations
-- Recolours
- Other Habbo Alterations
- Non habbo related Graphics
- Forum Graphics
-- Signature Pictures
-- Avatar pictures
- Graphics Help
-- Graphics Questions & Comments
-- Tutorials & Guides
-- Request Graphics (Or something similar but alterations is far too specific)
- Photography & Real World Art (Or something similar to include drawings, paintings photos etc.)

Just about three changes along with changes to the descriptions. The term alteration is used extremely loosely in the current titles as most graphics in the non-habbo related alterations section are not alterations at all and some photography in the Other Pictures section has actually been edited and altered with photoshop.

i like it as it is now, nice and basic i think dont need changing, but others may disagree so ill say good idea

I think Habbo furni and Other alterations should be merged, I don't know why there needs to be two seperate catagories. Or at least have;

-Habbo alterations (which would include all the alterations in the Other alterations forum)
--Furni alterations
--Recolourings

The Non-habbo alterations and Other pictures definitely need a change as what's posted in those forums really doesn't at all fit with the name and in actual fact anything except probably dolling should be taken from the non-habbo alterations forum to the Other pictures forum but I'm sure many people including myself would disagree with that.
And having been a mod in those forums lets you see how it is sometimes just stabbing in the dark when moving threads around there.

If the name and descrioption doesn't fit the content of the forums it's good if we update it.
