Need Help - Errors

My mate Edhawks on the forum is making a radio site - and i'm helpng out

theres the link - there are these 2 errors at the top and it stops us lgging in.

Warning: mysql_pconnect(): Can't create UNIX socket (13) in /home/www/edhaw.freehostia.com/radiodjpanel/connect.php on line 10

Warning: mysql_select_db(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/www/edhaw.freehostia.com/radiodjpanel/connect.php on line 11

Have you got a MySQL database?

You must not have your MYSQL database configured properly or you must no have your configuration of the database right in the application.

MySQL database or config not setup properly.

Note this!
When creating a database in Cpanel, the database name become cpanelname_databasename
So if your cpanel name is package and your database name is panel then the name to enter in config would be package_panel

Make sure your host in the config is set to localhost also

Have you run the installer yet? Alot of people seem to forget to do that. And if you have did you run into any errors while installing?

Oh. Im not sure.

Never used free hosting from them. Always had a reseller i can use.

Edit: Just checked, you get one MySQL database with them.

Its a MySQL Issue as said above :P
