Most websites which are really wanting to make money, and make toll-free numbers so more people try them out.

What has this go to do with webdesign though?

Maybe cos he is opening his own web design company and he might need an 0800 number for customer service :)

0800 Numbers have to be granted to u by a company like BT etc

They are free numbers. You can either: be providing an outstandin charitable service or pay alot of money for it :P

I've only read the first few posts can't be bothered reading the rest but I agree with CJ, what the hell has popular 0800 numbers got to do with webdesigning?

CJ-real

If this is for his website, it should still be posted in a different section unless he posts about why it is related.

Anyway anyone can mainly get 0800 numbers, they are mostly used to reverse the charge (you pay for the person's call).

Yet the people above are right, things like child helplined do get it free.

Don't see why he needs to know popular 0800 numbers to get one himself. It's like having to know popular car drivers before getting the car.

True :P - anyway best search it on google, there was an advertisment on http://www.freevirtualservers.com (the not free servers), I think, when I was working on a website for someone
