Just say "i know..".

Wait for him to come to you. If he's flirting with guys it cant be too long before he starts coming out to close friends.

If you have to.. Drop hints. Make it clear that you have nothing wrong with gay people.

If he's like i was before i came out.. he'll feel so much better once you know but you have to find out on his terms.
