Well....
Since everyone keeps emailing me and asking me to change the default timezone for them I have released a partially un-encoded functions.php file so that users will be able to modify the timezone themselves [if they know how].
So basically all you have to do is replace your current functions.php file with the one that I have attached to a post on my forum (this forum won't allow .php or .zip uploads). And once you've done that then just open the file and you will find further instructions :)
