Is it a rare and how much is it worth?

at the moment they have stayed the same as their is not much demand for them and that is why habbox have bot got a value for them as not many get traded

When I was adding all the new posters and Flags to misc I was going to add the Prince Chales Poster but discovered it's in deals.

So it's not a rare.
