It was made by Sygon... < ages ago when he first made layouts, ( i doubt you know him he left his a good designer look in website designing part) he sold the layout onto slixor, and slixor sold it on to many people like lolly.

The template cmes as default with the Content management system, Someone was selling it for 20.00 and he sold it to over 4-5 Sites, So know they have the same layout. Not V original
