Hey, I've been doing sit ups, press ups & weights for nearly a year now and I'm happy with the way my body looks from doing them but I want it to be even better, so I've been thinking about steroids & I asked my girlfriend about it & she said she wouldnt speak to me & that its stupid so I dont want to risk her not speaking to me then I seen a drink in Boots & it helps you build your muscles, abs etc for £7+ so I want to get that & try it and I was wondering if anyone has tryed it before or thinks it will help me??

Those drinks aren't the same thing as steroids.. for a start they're legal, and not as addictive. Seriously don't recommend steroids though, I mean you don't know what they've put in the mix half the time anyway and also it makes your winky go dinky. Do it the proper way and you'll feel better for it.

aye those protein drinks and the like aren't like steroids, but still help.

i wouldn't make yourself too big though, looks mank.

If you want your penis to start shrinking, start shooting blanks, and think your girlfriend would like you to have a pair of breasts, then take steroids.

Of if you want to just put on more muscle/weight (get bigger) then take protein shakes or creatine.

I didnt mean it like that I know the drink isnt like steriods, I'm just asking if it could help me getting muscles and 6pac etc, but now what some of you have said about steriods I deffentily dont want to take them :P rep+ to all

Drinks like that have a high amount of calories and are designed for serious muscle building, if you drink the stuff and don't do enough work you'll put on weight.

i do 120 sit ups, 50-70 press ups, do my weights and have a go on my punch bag everyday apart from fridays & saturdays, I think I do enough :P

Lol your gonna be a pidgeon soon if you don't work on your legs :P
myprotein.co.uk have good protein powder as a lot of the ones you buy in stores are full rubbish.

Like someone said above if you start drinking them and are not training properly then you will turn into a human ball of lard.

I wouldn't advise putting nything steroid related into your body, it can't be good for you.

Any thing like that usually tastes like rubbish and also i wouldnt advise putting steroids into your body whilst you are a teenager

I do work my legs, I go on my bike everyday & play football alot and I would say I have quite muscley legs :P

And I will not be taking steriods as you all have put me off them :P

i'd vary your activity, or the exercise that you are doing will start becoming less effective in building muscle. the body likes change so perhaps do some running or swimming?

*ALSO, i wouldn't advise you to take steroids. possibly go for an alternative of creatine which will act as an aid for building muscle and mass when you are working out. don't expect it to be a miracle though. you have to put the work in yourself to start seeing the results you desire.
