I received an unfair ban once, but that's another story. I e-mailed the hotel several times and surprise! I received no response. That ban happened five-ish months ago, so I'm fairly certain that Habbo Hotel is never going to get back to me.
A while ago I had a problem with BT Click & Buy. BT Click & Buy, I thought, overcharged me by $10 dollars. (Later I find out that BT Click & Buy sometimes charges you more to make sure you have enough money in your account to cover the actual charge. Once that is verified, the charge is lifted and you are charged the real amount. Oops.) In a rage, I e-mailed Habbo Hotel and said, and I quote, "I am never buying credits AGAIN!"
Guess what? I received an e-mail in UNDER 24 hours--probably a record for Habbo Hotel--saying that the hotel apologizes for BT Click & Buy's mistake, that the hotel is contacting BT Click & Buy immediately, and that BT Click & Buy WILL fix this error.
Now, I realize that many more "I WAS ACCIDENTALLY BANNED/WHY I WAS BANNED?" e-mails flood in than e-mails over problems with credits, but come on! Compare five+ months of no response to my accidental ban with under 24 hours for my threat of never buying credits again.
Bah.
