Pest Control is the fastest way.

Train your Slayer with combat. That way you get slayer levels, total levels, and you wont be cluttering up PC.
Slayer starts out fast so enjoy it if you take it up

Pest control as you get the xp from fighting the monsters are extra xp from points ;)
