I think the general rule is that if you link to something containing swearing, you have to add a clear warning to your post.

Remember that regardless, the image cannot be rude. So it cannot say "______ is a *****" unfiltered with somebody's name in the blank. Even if you said "Some people might find this offensive", it still has to be within other rules such as bullying and rudeness.

There is evidence in the administrative note and the link should have contained a warning. In any event it is very possible that this rule applies to it as well as in this case it does not matter whether it is posted on the forum or linked.
