What will GTA IV be on?

Just wonderin what consoles it will be on?? like i really want it to be on ps2.. coz i cant afford a ps3 or xbox 360 >.< ty, +rep :]

Won't be released for ps2, GTA IV is a new gen game. PS2 runs only on 64mb graphics.

So far Grand Theft Auto has been announced for the Playstation 3 (PS3) and the Xbox 360. A PC release has not been announced, although one is expected.

I'll have to get it for PC then, because I am not wasting my money on a PS3 as that would be the only game I'd play on it xD.
I am gonna do that aswell >:D plus it must be a lil better on pc, easier to aim =D even tho i've had no games on the pc anyway +rep to eveyone that helped

It will be good/bad on PC, people can alter and edit the game to there wants like add commands and menus for cheats and add real cars, guns clothes etc and make servers for online play. But people hack on PC's when online. Which spoils the game. I'm not sure if they will make GTAIV for PS3 and Xbox 360 online. But the PC's will be... even if Rockstar don't make it avaliable online, they creators of SA:MP etc will make it available online and create there own servers.

they're having it for xbox live, you can apparently get special downloads exclusively for xbox live

if there will be exclusives for 360, i'm sure there will be some to download on the playstation store. ;/

When Rockstar revealed it officially at E3 they said there are additional episodes that you will only be able to download from the xbox live marketplace xD

More than likely have to have pentium 4 at 2.4GHZ, 512mb DDR ram and 256mb graphics card at min, and recommended will be more in the region of 3.2GHZ, 1gb DDR Ram and 256mb -512mb graphics or better.

Lol, the PC version won't be released at the same time as XB360 and PS3, look at GTA3, vice city and San Andreas. Anyway, by then we'll all need 8-core processors, 2 gigs RAM, 1gig graphics and Vista. :(
