Look, Im not the onlyone who has said this, but in the PREVIOUS THREAD THAT YOU COPIED everyone was saying it wouldnt be v13, but one was saying it could because they need a day or so to check glitches, so its ready for the weekend..

Iv'e noticed, because the server is off, it sent an error, and everyone received the error, only a couple 200 are still on because their probally BRB :P
