Its OK however I suggest you change the table borders and maybe the colours. 5/10 with a little work It could be a good layout. Good Luck.

and ye the colours arnt my favourite either but it was better then before.
does the blue background look better or worse?

Look nice however dont know if it was just my browser but it looked like the table was too high for the borders... might of been me though!
