my problem.. When ever i try to get on to runespare it is just grey and never load's the login part... has any 1 ever had this be4?

I got a problem :( I sent in a cheque for 3 months of rs members and they got the cheque and gave me members so I thought they took the money out of the bank and it turns out they didnt yet so I bought stuff with my money and I had like $10 left in the bank and they tried to take it out and there wasnt enough so they temporarily banned me :O so I sent another cheque lol
