How can i learn to code in flash or something to make a game, like BETA like when you log in you can open the console thing and reply to messages, but you cannot go in room's etc

erm what'd be best (free) thing to code in, also post links to download and tut's etc

I don't really understand what you are wanting to do.

For a messaging center, i recommend you use a mixture of:
HTML (output)
JAVASCRIPT
AJAX
and PHP for back-end operations.
SQL for database.
