Yes the Little girl at the end was Sophie Rose Cohen (She was named after "The Nana" and I believe in the Jewish Religion your not supposed to name after a relative unless they're dead :S)

They gave the OC a fantastic ending to the best showw everrr. I was crying so much. Ryan and the Kid was so sweet.
Simply brilliant the OC is.
