Was the architect on acid!?
Still looks wicked and beats those boring bowls like St Marys but it'll take something special to replace Fratton Park though so let's
hope that place produces a similar atmosphere, play up pompey! :D

Well The Architect Of Bayern Munichs Stadium Is Making Pompeys too..
But it would be one of my favs stadium. I will go to a match if Walsall get them in the FA Cup in the next few seasons when its built, ment to be 2011.
Or maybe Walsall will be in Premiership then! ;]

Balls is the only thing I can say, so they have money? Doesnt mean the players want to sign for them 2/3 seasons key players will have retired ie James, Campbell etc meaning I think in 2/3 they will be a rich, relagation fighting side ;)

of corse players are going to want to join playing in a stadium like that! they'll have top quality facilities aswell, they'll just replace campbell etc

Oh wow a stadium. Lets say Acrington Stanely win the lottery and buy a stadium like that with a bit of cash to spend on players. Who would come? No one. They cant really offer European football can they? Players would rather go to teams in europe than to teams with 'nice' if thats what you call it, stadiums.

That's a bit of a silly hypothetical situation thought because winning the lottery won't fund a stadium.
Portsmouth will be a top-end club, players will retire yes - but at the rate they're going, they can draw in some top players and offer them a decent wage in top facilities.
Pompey have a great business plan - I wish them the best of luck.

a lottery wouldnt no wear near fund a stadium
