recently i've noticed myself getting really angry for no reason.
I don't tend to show it to people, I just seem to bottle it up, but sometimes it comes out reallly bad, and sometimes I just feel like I want to beat the crap out of someone for no reason.
is this normal?

Also, I tend not to get angry over things that i've done/had things done to me, more over what has happened in the past etc. with other people (e.g Virginia tech.. etc. and how screwed up some things are)

ive had it for a while though, probably since 9/11 happened.

I just feel like I need to take out my anger but I have nothing to take it out on.

soph, i've had this since like september. i dnt know why either, but its rly annoying. i just get times when i went to proper hurt something.

but i kinda figured the only thing to do is kinda smother it, or buy a punchbag and let it out {:

nope, i moved.

and tbh, I can only get angry if I want to.
I can't just turn it on like that, so anger management would be a waste of time.

Also, i've only badly hurt someone once, so I don't think i'd qualify for it.

Its just your hormones. If it gets really bad as if you are in depression, see a psychiatrist :)

I get that and I'm getting taken to a pathetic councillor for it.

Its hormones but parents seem to be unable to grasp the concept of that.
