Apareently nearly every food that is nice like pringles , chocolate fingers and even fast food contains worryingly high ammounts of an addictive substance.

Mayve this is why we think they are really nice but in theory there not

Well there are lots of addatives that can make the food companies money. For example Pizza hut puts Guar guum in their unlimited ice cream as it expands in your stomach making you more full.

Things like pringles, crisps, nuts, sweets anything full of salt or sugar are very addictive because their morish ( They dont fill you up, making you want more) Pubs sell crisps and nuts due to the fact their full of salt, making you drink more.
But everything has its addictive side :P
