Expandable Layouts.

Okay, I know how to like make a content box expandable but i don't know how to make a full layout expand.. so i'm gunna learn.

Are there any useful tutorials?

Tutorails for coding layouts suck and tend to make it harder then it is, best way to learn is to watch other people (yeah hard to find people who will let you) &/or to just view people source and learn from that.

it took me quite a long time learning to code expandable but i think ive finally got there.. to succeed jst keep slicing and then coding.. somehow you will get there.. and i hope you succeed =)

It's actually pretty simple in essence... you just basically use background images that repeat themselves to fit the content and then set it accordingly in your stylesheet.... eg.


repeat {
background: url(repeat.gif) repeat-x; //tells it to repeat
min-height: 100%; //for firfox
height: 100%; //for internet explorer
}
