Hi, I was only like 9 stone about... hmm a year ago, then after 4 months I went up to 11 stone. ;o And an increase of flab lol.
I'm not like "wow look, he's fat" cos you wouldn't think I'm fat if you saw me.. but I want to lose some weight, I did a BMI thing and im just healthy so yah.
I snack a lot, any foods that fill you up for a while?

Rice potatoes and pasta release energy over long periods of time.
Try exercising more and replace the snacks with some fruit or smoothies/juice.

Pasta, soups, salads, chicken
+ You can snack abit too, but also snap with vegetables or fruits. Also try to dont eat alot before sleep. Get outside, walk, run abit and youll see the difference quickly
For drinks ill suggest you to remplace sodas by juice or water
Moving is the key :)

If your addicted to bread. Put vegetables on it and all your favourite vegetables. If your addicted to chocolate, drink hot chocolate.
Pasta is very nice, i recommen that
