Okay I got bored and no it's not a real panel because I can't code panels ;D
Also I didn't make it for ModernHabbo, I just put it on for show as ModernHabbo is my site.

The layout looks amazing!! +Rep big time!

The downside would be trying to code it using all of those images... it would have to be tables and would take awhile to load :S

Sidenote - me & someone might do a mashup so we might contact you about your layout ;)

I don't see what the big jerk for it is about, in my eyes, it's a box made in fireworks with an overuse of gradients and the little bars are just taken from other layouts and stuck on?

Other than my negativity, it's good. :P

Lol - no offense and all, it's a very nice layout... but most people (like me, simon & dan) who can actually code half-decent panels can usually make layouts ourselves just as easily as buying them - and when we make them it doesn't cost us a cent! :P Food for thought.

SIDENOTE: If someone code it I might be able to integrate it to work with my panel if you want. You could then sell it as a skin for my panel? PM/Email me if you want. I won't code it just integrate.
