need help with new phone...

i got a razr v3i a while back
and some people told me of how it can connect to the computer and i could take/put stuff on it...
im not sure how to do this? idk what i need either.
currently according to this dude at the store i needed an ethernet cable, so i have that.... then he told me i could get a free program from www.motorola.com (http://www.motorola.com)
i cant find it?

1. You can buy a bluetooth adapter (USB) It connects to your phone via bluetooth From the P.C.

2. Or ask instore for a connector the connects your phone to your P.C or laptop.

I would use the bluetooth way.

Usb wires, And installation cd goes for about £2 + p&p on ebay.

you need motorola phone tools + usb cord.
i had the same problem but i downloaded phonetools off limewire and my digital camera had the same usb cord,
