I've done it loads. I'm quite good at it actually, I can't remember my last time but I did the 1500 m in 6 minutes or around that a few days ago. :)

Over 100m? In which case you run about 0.16seconds over the world record in which case you'd be competing int he olympics etc...

I hated running. I'm so glad Sixth Formers aren't forced into doing PE :) I prefer to go the gym in my own time and do exercise that I want to do.
