Is there a way so that someone clicks a link and it like loads, then re-directs to page?

like, a "pre-loader" i like to call it.

ok by preloader i understand it as

loads all content on pages (while showing Loading...) and then shows the page all at once fully loaded

is that what u mean?

This would cancel out SEO on your page and unnecessary but yes, there is a way - unsure how though.

Use noscript tags, not only does this fix problems with people who have javascript disabled it fixes the SEO problems.
