Okay so I went to that askimo talkshow thing today and colmc was there and he warned us all not to shout but to say. So I was following the rules and half way through I was asking a question and I held shift down and hit enter and it came up as shout, then I got kicked to home screen and BANNED for this reason : Obey the rules, WTH?!

That's so unfair..

Technically both issue's (colmc's one with the jaffa cakes and the own made up rules) are really unfair.

If I make up rules in my room and somebody does brake the rules I can only say please look at the rules or just kick him. When I call I MOD I just get, don't misuse the CFH PLZ next time u call i ban because of mis-use blablabla :P

So, he should kicked you and NOT banned..
