Got a clue scroll before and it said on it:

So ive gone on tip.it and it said go to the chaos alter in lvl 12 wildy but the chaos alter is in lvl 9 wildy, ive tried the emote in side the alter outside the alter and in lvl 12 wildy sill nothing, where do i go?
