Hi everyone :D
I really really really hate school. I mean, I dread going to school each day, and think about sciving (but i never have). I dont like it because it is so messed up! Like, next year for example, the easter hols will be in late february - early march!!!! and no time off in april!!!! Sports day is on a Saturday where as all other schools have it during school. there was an earthquake recently where i live, they say school is safe but i went there today and theres so many cracks and bricks fell down, in my opinion it is VERY UNSAFE!!!! Maybe some of you know about what I said a few months ago about that I go to an all boys school, many gay boys there keep touching me and I HATE IT!! i told my HOY but he cant do anything. it is getting so so so bad now, is there something wrong with me or is it normal to hate school this much?
p.s thats not all the problems, there are many more!
sincerely,
Typo x

I dread school before I go in too.
I spend 6 days a week a school.
Mon,Tues,Thurs,Saturday finish at 4:15
Wens,Friday finish at 6:15
The amount of prep (hwk) I get set is stupid.
I never do it & always get into trouble.
I can't wait till the 7th of July.9 week holiday.
I also go to an all boys school. It sucks.
They try & punch you in the testes. some touch you up.
urgh! I hate it.

Yeh you should hate school that much if boys keep touching you... trust me in an all boys school you will probably get raped soon so watch out, no jokes.

Its hard being at an all boys school, thats why I cant get a girlfriend. I used to go to mixed school and was popular with the girls but its so much different now. Its like going to school each day DOESNT mean getting an education, however it does mean you get lots of boys touching you which is absoloutly AWFUL. I cannot learn, marks in tests going down, its so bad!

I know what you mean. Also having a one day weekend doesnt help either.
I've been to one mixed school aged 4-11 all boys 11-13 another all boys 13-now.
But with what little time you have try & re-make old friendships & create new ones via the internet, through friends etc..
that's what I've done & it's been a bit better.

er, its normal for kids to 'hate' school, to skip or think of skipping school, to dread going, etc.
i dunno, but older people always say school/college was the best time of their lives, so try enjoying it cuz apparently its all downhill from there.

Nah I did'nt I live in West Kent. Maidstone / Twells Area.
Have you got that -rep removed?
I moved from a state school to a public school.
In England, Wales and Northern Ireland the term "public school" refers to fee-charging independent secondary schools.
just to clear that up^^
but I don't know if I should have moved tbh.
Oh well I'm probably leaving after GCSE.
Only 2 years & a term left.

I have, and I cant. :(
Apparently, a survey by the government found out that you work just as well in a mixed school as you do in a single gender school. When people say girls get distracted by boys and vice cersa, its all just a myth!

i think it's safe to say nearly everyone hates school, i do
the only reason i enjoy going there some times is because 1. i either have good lessons on my timetable or 2. to see my friends
if i didnt have them 2 options i doubt i'd still be going to a normal secondary school.

How you can even give someone that kind of advice is disgusting. By all means if you want to set yourself up to fail in life then go ahead, but don't set others up for the same fate you're heading.
I think the best piece of advice for you is really just go to school. Sure not everyone likes school, and not many people do. I very much doubt boys are feeling you up all the time. Some might but i just cannot picture an all boys school with a student being felt up. You seem young aswell and some boys don't even have that urge to do so. Maybe you're milking the situation a bit too much. That isn't to say you're lying. If i was you, i would go to school and get those qualifications you need to set up the rest of your life.

I'm pretty sure in an all boys school you wouldn't get felt up because nobody would dare admit being gay because that'd be like social suicide or something.

tbh school is probably one of the easiest things that you will do in your lifetime.
in about 30 years time i can garantee that you will be saying "oh i wish I was at school again!"
thats why i dont really mind school, because comparing to the amount of work/stress i face in the future, the work you get in school is probably nothing compared to it.

Well tbh if theres an earthquake and schools obviously going to need safety inspectors to inspect it to be able to open it up again. And they are ALOT smarter than you by far, so if they say its safe then its safe. No doubts about it. ;)

Safety inspectors did come in, they say its safe and i do think its safe its just when you in class, and you look around there are MASSIVE cracks and lumps taken out of wall, it looks dangerous. 3 classrooms are closed because the ceiling collapsed on them. If it was a tuesday schoolday, I would have been in one of them classes (History) but thankfully it was saturday!!

I don't actually know one true gay at our school, seriously it isnt that bad mate. I know one bisexual, but no-one touches people up. But i havn't actually been to school this week, so i wouldnt know about the building, and your probably right about the cracks and bricks knowing our school LMAO.

If anything, a lot of teachers at my school dislike people sitting same-sex, always make it boy girl boy girl.
A bit pathetic, but thats how they feel.
