I'm too thin...

Okay, I am really thin & boney. & it has really started annoying me lately. I can fit my whole hand round my wrist. And everyone tells me how boney I am. I eat LOADS, my family say its my matabilism(sp?). Any help what to do, I have tryed loads of things put I still don't put on weight.

Maybe your family are right; Metabolism is most probably why, and tbh theres not much you can do about it. Eat more, but not all crap, balance it still and don't over exercise and all tha jazzz xo

I used to have the same problem but from about a year ago i started eating bigger meals and did not skip any meals and now im a healthy weight.

Metabolism, it will eventally sort itself out, and I can fit my hand around my wrist, I think thats normal.

I can do that and i'm an normal size, I think I just have unnaturally thin arms for some reason.

Anyway, my sister in law is skinny, but shes like 8 stone. I'm like, wth?
She uses Weight gain shakes which has gave her a bit of a belly.
I reccomend them.
